Ingredients:

320 g hulled tahini

230g coconut sugar

85g coconut flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

15g finely ground flax + 4 tablespoons hot water to make flax egg mixture 

50g coconut oil - room temp semi-solid 

Your favourite dark chocolate bar to chop into large chunks to top cookies
