My Approach to Movement
I am a multi-discipilary mover; teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Strength training. I specialise in fun, challenging Pilates flows that combine both strength and mobility, as well as mindfulness and breath. My classes invite you to celebrate your body through movement rather than punish it.
After years of struggling with health issues caused by stress, I found nutrition and mindful movement to be the most healing forms of medicine. First completing my Yoga teacher training, I then certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, as well as pre and postnatal exercise.
I believe happiness and health is all about living in authenticity. Building the confidence to truly be yourself, living your life to the fullest, not allowing anything to hold you back. Your health goals should always add to your life and experiences, never subtract from it.
I am now based in the Italian Alps, but you can also catch me in London.
