What: This 5 night, 6 day experience will be a refreshing sanctuary for your body, mind and soul. In this sacred space, you’ll be able to unplug from the outside world to find presence in each moment through mindful movement on the mat, gratitude practices, enlightening workshops, grounding meditations and authentic human to human connection. We’ll tune into the rhythm of nature, celebrating the full harvest moon that lands on the first day of the retreat, followed by the autumn equinox on the last night of the retreat. Every meal is lovingly crafted by @chef__josie using organic ingredients sourced from the land we gather on. You’ll walk away feeling empowered, nourished and balanced with a group of new friends, ready to integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life at home.
